Fud is seeking a highly motivated Gig Work Expert and Mentor to join our team as an Online Tutoring Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience in primary/secondary education to guide and support individuals looking to enter the world of gig work. Responsibilities
Provide personalized one-on-one mentoring sessions to individuals interested in online tutoring gig work. Guide and mentor individuals in understanding the gig economy landscape and finding the right opportunities. Develop educational materials and resources related to online tutoring gig work. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gig economy to provide accurate and relevant information. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to individuals on their progress and areas for improvement. Support individuals in setting realistic goals and developing action plans to achieve them. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for individuals to build confidence and skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Proven experience in primary or secondary education, with a focus on individualized instruction. Strong understanding of the gig economy and various gig work platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual's learning needs. Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
