Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a meticulous, highly organized, and dedicated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of data across multiple platforms and systems. Your work will directly support the integrity of our clients' information, making you a vital contributor to the overall success of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure all records are easily accessible, properly categorized, and securely stored.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports summarizing data entry activity, error rates, and overall data quality metrics.

  • Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of data entry procedures, workflows, and best practices.

  • Monitor daily work output to meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in data management, business administration, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of high accuracy and productivity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work, even when handling repetitive tasks.
