We are looking for talented, empathetic, and driven individuals to join arenaflex as Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisors, where you will provide exceptional email and chat support to our valued Norwegian-speaking customers. About the Role

As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the friendly and professional voice behind our brand, helping customers navigate their shopping journey, resolve concerns, and feel confident in their purchasing decisions. Your primary channels of communication will be email and live chat — no phone support is required, allowing you to focus on thoughtful, high-quality written communication.

This is a hybrid position based in Malta, offering two days per week in our modern, collaborative office and three days working remotely from the comfort of your home. Whether you are an experienced customer service professional or someone looking to break into the industry, arenaflex provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries received via email and chat in both Norwegian and English.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process, assist with product selection, and provide helpful recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, refunds, and account management with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about products, services, promotions, shipping policies, and company guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, working to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, technical support, and quality assurance to address complex or escalated issues.
  • Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude in all written interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately within our CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and provide constructive feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

At arenaflex, we believe that great customer service starts with great people. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it is not a requirement — what matters most is your attitude, your communication skills, and your genuine desire to help others.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and spelling in both languages.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth, clarity, and professionalism in text-based interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy, including comfort with web browsers, email platforms, chat tools, and learning new software systems.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote workdays.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, retail, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
  • Additional language skills are always a plus.
