Responsibilities
- Design benchmark tasks that evaluate AI performance in education-focused professional document understanding
- Create multi-step instructional tasks grounded in real-world education and technical workspace materials
- Work with structured content such as technical drawings, project specifications, engineering reports, and instructional documents
- Contribute to building evaluation datasets that measure instruction-following and structured reasoning quality
- Design original multi-step tasks that test document interpretation, instruction following, and structured output generation
- Develop clear ground truth answers and objective evaluation rubrics for each task
- Incorporate real-world educational, instructional, or academic-style materials into task design
- Ensure tasks require reasoning over complex documentation rather than simple extraction or lookup
- Apply strong clarity and structure in defining instructions, constraints, and expected outputs
Skills
- Design original multi-step tasks that test document interpretation, instruction following, and structured output generation
