[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CatsOnly Veterinary Services is leading a shift in veterinary medicine focused on feline-first care. As a Marketing Manager, you will execute growth marketing strategies, manage integrated campaigns, and oversee HubSpot operations to enhance Cat Parent acquisition and support the expansion of the hospital network.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cat Parent acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, direct mail, email, and the CatsOnly website. Set targets, track performance, and iterate based on what the data says
- Run integrated campaigns supporting hospital openings, seasonal activations, retention, and partner-driven growth. Own the timeline, the coordination, and the delivery
- Own HubSpot end to end including list architecture, segmentation, automated workflows, attribution, and reporting. Coordinate Digitail booking URL tracking and source tagging across channels
- Write and produce campaign copy, Cat Parent education materials, hospital launch collateral, and email content that reflect the CatsOnly voice
- Track partner referrals through Digitail and HubSpot, giving the Community Partnerships and Social Engagement Manager and CMO/CXO clear visibility into what is working
- Manage the website as a marketing and conversion asset, coordinating updates, content refreshes, and SEO improvements
- Translate the PEACE Method™ and CatsOnly Care Journey™ into accessible, accurate, and resonant language for Cat Parents
- Manage external creative vendors, freelancers, photographers, and printers; execute against the approved marketing budget
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, veterinary services, pet care, consumer brands, or multi-location service businesses
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, and paid channels
- Hands-on experience with content development, email marketing, SEO, and paid digital media
- Comfortable in HubSpot or a similar marketing CRM, including list segmentation, automated workflows, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage external creative and digital partners, budgets, and project timelines
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage organization strongly preferred; comfortable building infrastructure while delivering results simultaneously
- Experience supporting brand launches, new location openings, or growth-stage marketing preferred
- Background in or adjacent to customer experience, journey design, or service design strongly preferred
