The Digital Audience Growth Lead will support digital communication activities, participate in outreach initiatives, and contribute to messaging and content that strengthen visibility and audience interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support digital communication activities across professional networking platforms
• Participate in outreach initiatives designed to foster professional engagement and connection
• Contribute to messaging and content that strengthens visibility and audience interaction
• Develop and maintain professional relationships through structured communication processes
• Work independently while operating within established systems and operational guidelines

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, content strategy, branding, public relations, or related fields
• Strong written communication and content development capability
• Experience building engagement through digital channels and strategic communication
• Confidence using LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM platforms, and online collaboration tools
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
• Not suitable for students or entry-level applicants
