They are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to oversee consumer growth and engagement strategy, leading a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs
  • Drive roadmap prioritization using value-vs-effort frameworks to maximize impact and time to market
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic investments
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release optimization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery
  • Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation across teams
  • Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to guide product direction
  • Foster a deep understanding of the needs on both sides of a consumer and wellness business marketplace
  • Partner with UX and research to ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, ensuring they deliver measurable impact
  • Promote a data-driven, outcome-oriented product culture
  • Ensure the team follows best practices in product management and documentation, driving consistency and clarity across initiatives
  • Encourage cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, payments, marketing, and customer success
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers
  • Build strong relationships with partner businesses, gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches

Skills

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and managing PMs
  • A strong track record building high quality consumer products
  • Deep experience with consumer mobile apps and consumer growth and engagement funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, query, and interpret data independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across functions and with data science
  • Sharp product intuition grounded in user feedback and data
  • Experience working in agile, full-stack product teams from discovery through delivery
  • Comfort using modern product tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro
