[Remote] Marketing Paid Consultant - Channel Performance & Attribution Analysis

LinkedIn is seeking experienced performance marketing analysts and channel measurement professionals for a project-based interview focused on their AI Marketplace. The role involves explaining workflows related to cross-channel performance reporting, attribution analysis, and providing actionable recommendations based on performance findings.

Responsibilities

• Assembling cross-channel performance data from platforms, analytics tools, CRM, and spreadsheets
• Reconciling platform-reported outcomes against the organisation’s source of truth
• Separating correlation from causation using incrementality, holdouts, or cautious analytical framing
• Turning performance findings into action recommendations for channel owners and executives
• Explaining workflows specifically within: cross-channel performance reporting, attribution analysis, anomaly investigation, benchmarking, and budget-recommendation workflows

Skills

• 6+ years in performance marketing analytics, channel analytics, paid media reporting, or growth analytics
• Direct, hands-on experience in cross-channel performance reporting, attribution analysis, anomaly investigation, benchmarking, and budget-recommendation workflows
• Experience making or influencing decisions related to data-source reconciliation, attribution interpretation, anomaly diagnosis, benchmark usage, audience tailoring, and action recommendations
• Familiarity with tools such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Supermetrics, Excel, SQL
• Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
