[Remote] Education Law Associate Attorney

Responsibilities
- Provide counsel to public and private K-12 schools, community college districts, and related agencies
- Advise school districts on labor and employment issues
- Conduct investigations related to personnel management and discipline
- Assist with facilities and contracts matters
- Handle Public Records Act requests and issues related to the Brown Act
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-law school experience in education law
- Experience advising school districts on a range of issues, including labor and employment, conducting investigations, personnel management and discipline, facilities, contracts, Public Records Act requests, and the Brown Act
