[Remote] Inbound Sales Agent

Responsibilities
- Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns
- Help callers select the best storage space to fit their needs with daily goals centered around courteous, timely, and professional service
- Lead by example and demonstrate the company's CORE values to directly impact growth and success
- Sharpen skills, build relationships, and maintain an impeccable industry-specific understanding
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)
- Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment is a plus
- Action-oriented, focused on optimizing work processes, and actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in your professional development
