Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective travelers through online platforms and digital communication channels
- Assist clients with exploring vacation options based on their interests, preferences, and travel goals
- Support the coordination of resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
- Share destination highlights, travel inspiration, and promotional opportunities
- Help organize trip details and reservation requests through approved travel systems
- Follow up with clients regarding travel inquiries and planning updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements
