Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a defined territory or portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship development
- Supports revenue growth by engaging customers through phone, email, and digital channels, managing inbound and outbound sales activities
- Drives strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted market segments
- Serves as a technical commercial expert, partnering with customers to understand scientific needs and recommend tailored solutions across GenScript’s portfolio
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in life sciences sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience selling CRO, CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or molecular biology solutions
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
- Existing network within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
