Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tier4 Group is a fast-growing online retailer preparing for a major ERP transformation, moving from QuickBooks to NetSuite. The role involves leading requirements gathering, identifying risks, and developing an implementation roadmap as part of a small consulting team.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and current-state assessment
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with moving from QuickBooks to a full ERP
- Develop an implementation roadmap and best-practices framework
- Support NetSuite implementation planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor in a highly ambiguous, evolving environment
Skills
- Deep NetSuite experience. At least one full NetSuite implementation in your work history
- Comfort working through ambiguity and undefined scope
- Strong business-focused mindset, Ability to think strategically, not just technically
- Finance / accounting business process design experience
- Business requirements documentation experience
- Program / project management experience
- Senior Manager level experience or above
- Retail industry experience
- Chart of Accounts development experience
- QuickBooks experience
- ERP migration strategy experience
