[Remote] Senior Executive Recruiter (Agency)

Frederick Fox is a boutique executive search community seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter with expertise in Finance/Accounting, GTM/Sales, and Construction. The role involves full desk executive recruiting with a focus on candidate delivery and business development, leveraging a team-oriented platform to provide personalized service to clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Full Desk Executive Recruiter with a 50% focus on Candidate Delivery and a 50% focus on Business Development/Account Management
- Specialize in Finance/Accounting or Legal candidates and build relevant target lists/pipelines nationwide
- Outreach to your sourced lists through email outreach, text message, and cold calling
- Development and understanding of our candidate’s career desire through an engaging interview process
- Take detailed notes in our ATS on the candidate’s career goals and follow Frederick Fox proven recruiting process
- Do not cut corners on fully matching candidates to our job openings
- Coordinate interviews with candidates at our clients
- Manage our jobs pipelines to effectively move candidates through the interview process
- Prepare candidates for phone, video and onsite interviews
- Debrief with candidate after interview with Frederick Fox proven Debrief Interview Process
- Understand Frederick Fox service differentiator and effectively explain our solution to Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition professionals
- Development an expertise in our verticals and become a thought leader in the local market
- Conduct Reference Calls and position our firms recruiting solutions
- Drop off marketing material in person and or creatively touch our prospects with thoughtful outreach
- As you grow in Frederick Fox and as trust is earned, you will go from setting meetings for the partners to presenting in meetings and pricing engagements
- As you grow, you will land engagements, establish our recruiting process, and close hiring solutions for clientele
- Follow up with clients post hire and ensure Frederick Fox Hiring and Quality Hiring System. It is imperative both the client and candidate are followed up with Post-Hire
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred
- 4+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience in the Finance/Accounting or Legal staffing verticals is required
- Proven Production at a Top Performer level with $400k in GM production in a calendar year
- A team-oriented, positive attitude
- Grit and willingness to do what it takes to deliver
- Able to stay mentally focused and take action consistently on a weekly basis to obtain the levels of success you desire
- Disciplined, consistent, honest, transparent, genuine
- Willingness to bet on yourself! This opportunity is a 1099, 100% commission model without a base/draw salary
- Bonus if you reside in or have focused in the Denver, Salt Lake City or Phoenix markets
- Extra bonus if you have thought about going out on your own
