[Remote] Head of Enterprise Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HR Acuity is the leading provider of employee relations case management and investigation software. The Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader owns the strategy and execution for driving enterprise revenue growth in the HR tech market, leading a high-performing sales team and delivering complex deals with large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue performance end to end, including pipeline creation, deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and multi-year growth
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team, setting clear and high standards through disciplined, data-driven coaching and accountability
- Run a structured enterprise sales motion, applying deep expertise in complex buying cycles, executive multi-threading, and deal strategy
- Maintain disciplined deal inspection, challenging assumptions, improving deal quality, and delivering predictable outcomes
- Establish forecasting methodology and rigor, balancing short-term accuracy with long-term pipeline health
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to continuously strengthen the enterprise go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years of proven leadership in enterprise SaaS sales with complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Proven track record of net-new customer acquisition, with experience distinct from renewal and expansion revenue
- Demonstrated success running deal inspection, pipeline management, and forecasting methodology
- Strong track record of data-driven coaching and performance improvement
- Experience building and leading high-performing, remote enterprise sales teams
- Clear point of view on forecasting philosophy, deal qualification, and sales methodology
- Experience selling HR tech solutions
- Experience managing remote sales teams
- Multi-company experience
