[Remote] Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

In this role, you will manage and deliver technology solutions while mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions that deliver results and seamlessly align with client goals, visions and missions
• Mentor junior staff on the engagement team by sharing expertise as well as feedback and encouragement
• Specialize in certain areas of enterprise software products that showcase and employ your areas of expertise while pursuing your 'career vision'
• Deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
• Manage multiple engagements of varying size and duration

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Required: Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end‑to‑end implementations
• Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team‑lead experience preferred
• Ability to deliver industry‑specific insights and identify value‑creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
• Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support clients and internal teams
• Leadership or team‑lead experience preferred
