Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle management of laboratory identification and tracking solutions, including slide and cassette printing systems, workflow software, integration tools, and related accessories
  • Develop and implement go-to-market and commercialisation plans across global direct and channel sales networks
  • Build and maintain multi-year product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business objectives
  • Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, enhancements, portfolio optimisation, and retirement planning
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry insights to identify unmet needs and support future product development initiatives
  • Translate customer and market requirements into detailed product specifications and business cases
  • Develop pricing strategies, margin targets, demand forecasts, and commercial plans to support growth objectives
  • Coordinate product validation activities and assess customer satisfaction, usability, and market readiness prior to launch

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related technical discipline
  • Approximately 5–7 years' experience spanning product management and product marketing, ideally within medical devices, healthcare technology, diagnostics, laboratory solutions, or a related sector
  • Proven experience launching and commercialising medical equipment, software platforms, or integrated healthcare technology solutions
  • Experience working with laboratory information systems (LIS) integrations or similar healthcare software environments
  • Ability to develop technical, scientific, and customer-facing content to support product launches and commercial activities
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy, profitability analysis, forecasting, and business planning
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20–25%)
