[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Peoplelink Group is a staffing solutions company, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients’ technical staffing needs. The role involves recruiting highly qualified candidates, mentoring team members, and managing the full candidate lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting team
- Assist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requested
- Recruit Consultant and Direct Hire Candidates
- Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising
- Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions
- Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews
- Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Upload applicant resumes via online databases
- Requirement Fulfillment
- Negotiate pay and benefits with candidates
- Post job ads on job boards and social media sites
- Format resumes and job descriptions
- Craft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirements
- Assignment Management
- Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits
- Foster relationships with current consultants to retain top talent
- Promote circumstances that maximize retention of TeamSoft consultants, including consultant care
- Other Responsibilities
- Represent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairs
- Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices
- All other duties as assigned
