[Remote] Sales Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SurTec Group, part of the Freudenberg Group, develops and produces chemical specialties for surface treatment, serving a wide range of industries worldwide. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to support management in developing sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Support Management to Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Work together with Sales and Marketing teams to Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the decorative plating and surface treatment market
- Offer technical support and guidance to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our products
- Support Management to Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Skills
- 3 – 10 years of experience in in technical sales (decorative electroplating industry is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of plating and coating technologies and their applications
- Experience in new business development and prospecting new customers
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
