This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow a long-term career in healthcare data operations. Full training, mentorship, and a clear development path are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on eligibility records to identify discrepancies between the pharmacy adjudication system and the master enrollment package data.
- Perform timely and accurate records correction, ensuring eligibility data aligns with arenaflex enrollment records as the single source of truth.

- Maintain detailed records of all research steps, corrections, and communications in accordance with arenaflex documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Enrollment, Billing, Member Services, and IT, as well as external partners, to develop efficient, sustainable resolutions.
- Escalate complex or systemic issues through proper channels with clear documentation of findings and recommended next steps.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing insights, suggesting enhancements, and participating in team projects.
- Uphold strict data privacy, HIPAA, and confidentiality standards in every aspect of the work.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with strong time management and self-direction.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy, eligibility, claims, or member data environments.
- Familiarity with pharmacy adjudication systems, enrollment platforms, or healthcare data workflows.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis.
