We are hiring remote positions for candidates in AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, and WV! Pay rate: $12.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; some outbound calls/emails required Provide information about products and processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
Requirements
Include: Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc. Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Enjoys working on a team Training: Product training Systems training On-the-job training Home Environment and Workspace: Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into your router Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise. You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
