Job Description: Primary responsibilities of a laboratory manager are development, coaching and direction for multiple workgroups and accountability for leading more complex projects and portfolio outcome. Communicates management goals and exemplifies corporate values to assigned personnel. Usually manages a multi-functional laboratory. Originates and champions primary recommendations for major laboratory programs and priorities. Creates and drives strategic direction of the organization. Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $211,600 - $290,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
