[Remote] Remote Insurance Sales Representative (No Cold Calling)

The Summers Agency is expanding and seeking motivated Insurance Sales Representatives who want to build a long-term career with leadership opportunities. This fully remote, relationship-based sales position involves contacting warm leads, guiding clients through coverage options, and mentoring new agents.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments
- Build trust and guide clients through coverage options
- Work with 10–15 families per week (full-time)
- Learn and use mortgage protection and retirement solutions
- Grow into leadership by mentoring and developing new agents
