Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will help fully prepare you to serve our customers over the telephone in a call-center environment. ??No outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls ??Extensive paid training program Position Details: ??Job Title: Customer Service Representative ??Location: In Michigan - Full time - Remote ??Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.) ??Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability) ??Wage: $14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses) ??Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
