Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Set, monitor, and achieve team KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) for chat response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and performance reviews to nurture a high‑performing team.
  • Identify and address individual or collective performance gaps promptly, using data‑driven interventions.
  • Analyze existing chat workflows and recommend process enhancements that boost efficiency and quality.

Team Support & Oversight

  • Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to understand each team member’s goals, challenges, and development needs.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Training departments to disseminate best practices and updated procedures.
  • Manage escalated chat interactions, resolving complex clinical or technical issues with poise and expertise.

  • Participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new chat agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.

Special Operations & Project Leadership

  • Step in during peak chat volume periods to maintain SLA compliance and uphold service excellence.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder for all matters related to team performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects—such as new feature rollouts, system integrations, or process automation initiatives—that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate user feedback into actionable enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a healthcare‑focused environment, preferably within scheduling, patient support, or clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to set clear goals, track metrics, and drive results.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in fast‑moving, remote‑first settings.
