The Opportunity: Chat Support Supervisor at arenaflex
We are hiring a Chat Support Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of chat support specialists who serve as the frontline connection between our physical therapists, patients, and the broader arenaflex ecosystem. How You Will Have an Impact at arenaflex
Team Leadership and Performance Excellence
- Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and report on team performance through weekly and monthly analytics reviews.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback and coaching to help each team member grow professionally.
- Address individual and team performance issues promptly, fairly, and effectively.
- Review existing processes and recommend thoughtful improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and the customer experience.
Team Support, Coaching, and Oversight
- Conduct meaningful weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss goals, challenges, and development opportunities.
- Deliver coaching and feedback based on insights from Quality and Training teams to elevate overall performance.
- Handle escalated chats and calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
- Clarify procedures and provide clear guidance on processes to help team members succeed in their roles.
- Participate actively in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, helping to shape the future of the team.
Special Operations and Strategic Projects
- Step in to assist the team during periods of high chat volume to maintain service level agreements and protect the patient experience.
- Act as a key stakeholder for all matters related to team performance, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as required by evolving business needs, contributing to arenaflex's continued growth and innovation.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience as a team lead in a healthcare, scheduling, or related customer support environment.
- A genuine passion for teaching, training, and coaching team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong goal-setting abilities and a track record of following through on commitments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks effectively without sacrificing quality.

- Experience leading distributed teams, including remote and offshore workers, with confidence and empathy.

- Proficiency with Google Suite and chat support software; Sendbird experience strongly preferred.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The salary range for this position is $59,000 to $82,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Beyond base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
