Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Associate, you will be an integral part of the Guest Experience AI team. Your primary focus will be to assist in data collection, entry, and quality assurance for AI models that enhance guest interactions across arenaflex’s digital platforms. You will also provide frontline support to internal stakeholders, ensuring that data pipelines run smoothly and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and validation for large‑scale datasets used in ML model training.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data requirements and provide timely feedback.
  • Identify and flag data quality issues, suggesting improvements to data collection processes.
  • Support the deployment of AI solutions by monitoring model performance and reporting anomalies.
  • Assist in the creation of documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge‑base articles for internal teams.
