Your work will directly influence product development, security protocols, and the overall satisfaction of both internal stakeholders and external shoppers. If you thrive on turning complex data into clear, impactful insights, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center processes, ensuring high‑quality data entry and analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and workflows that drive efficient data handling and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including arenaflex Interface, arenaflex Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing—to deliver secure, privacy‑first customer research solutions.
  • Develop and maintain tools and platforms that meet the security and privacy requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay current with industry trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, and security, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to embed data‑driven insights into the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and data entry staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or a similar role within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product analytics, preferably within a large‑scale B2B or B2C environment.
  • Hands‑on experience building and scaling data‑driven tools that support privacy and security initiatives.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and a passion for creating inclusive digital experiences.
  • Prior experience with remote work tools and best practices, such as Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
  • Track record of delivering performance‑based bonuses or incentives in previous roles.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to transform raw data into compelling visual stories that drive decision‑making.
  • Privacy & Security Awareness: Understanding of data protection principles and the ability to embed them into everyday processes.
