As part of our Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (RCES) division, the Supplier Achievement Software (SAS) team drives strategic vendor initiatives that boost seller performance, enhance product discoverability, and increase marketplace revenue. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join this dynamic group as a Remote Live Chat Data Entry & Vendor Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Strategy Execution

  • Own end‑to‑end performance metrics for assigned seller portfolios, tracking key indicators such as sales velocity, inventory health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Marketing, and Operations—to identify and implement initiatives that improve seller experience and marketplace profitability.
  • Develop and refine business‑driven metrics that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and seller success.
  • Navigate ambiguous environments by creating clear action plans, prioritizing short‑term wins while laying the groundwork for long‑term strategic initiatives.
  • Identify emerging opportunities across a broad spectrum of vendors, crafting tailored growth plans that accelerate market penetration and brand visibility.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with sellers, acting as their primary advocate within arenaflex.
  • Conduct regular vendor satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback trends, and develop improvement roadmaps in partnership with account managers.
  • Serve as a consultative partner, providing insights on best practices, policy updates, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure timely follow‑through on commitments, maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Process Excellence & Operational Efficiency

  • Leverage seller feedback, market trends, and data analytics to drive continuous improvement of internal processes and seller‑facing programs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing SOPs, propose streamlined workflows, and champion automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Scale best‑practice solutions across multiple seller segments, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality support.
  • Partner with technology teams to implement tools that enhance data entry accuracy, real‑time chat responsiveness, and reporting capabilities.

Live Chat Data Entry & Support

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous live‑chat assistance to sellers, handling inquiries related to product listings, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
  • Enter and validate critical data points in arenaflex’s vendor management systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity, performing regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
  • Document common seller issues and contribute to the development of knowledge‑base articles to empower self‑service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in seller or client‑facing roles, with a proven track record in relationship management and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with e‑commerce platforms or marketplace ecosystems, preferably within a vendor‑enablement function.
