Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hair salons within your assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets based on company KPIs.
- Introduce new products and services to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Represent Maria Nila at industry trade shows and events.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
