Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from employees and retirees across diverse industries.
  • Provide clear, empathetic explanations of health‑care benefits, 401(k) plans, payroll processes, leaves of absence, and other HR‑related topics.
  • Process transactions such as health‑plan enrollments, tax‑withholding updates, direct‑deposit changes, 401(k) contributions, withdrawals, and retirement elections.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and external portals simultaneously to retrieve information, update records, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct research and casework when standard solutions do not apply, collaborating with third‑party vendors, benefits administrators, and internal specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in arenaflex’s CRM and database, documenting each interaction for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Identify trends in inquiries and proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, ERISA, and data‑privacy requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to stay current on HR policies, benefits legislation, and technology tools.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative remote work environment by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and embracing arenaflex’s core values.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably supporting HR, benefits, or financial services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, or human resources is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume inbound communications while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on telephone etiquette, active listening, and empathy.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary arenaflex platforms.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to research, analyze, and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, to meet the needs of a global client base.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet home office environment, and a headset that meets arenaflex’s quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS, benefits administration systems, or payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom).
  • Certification or coursework in HR, benefits administration, or financial planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, to serve a broader client demographic.
  • Previous remote work experience with a track record of self‑motivation and time‑management.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
