Position Summary

This full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity is based in Nevada (within a 75‑mile radius of 7251 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119). You will provide telephone support to patients receiving specialty drug therapy, coordinating new orders, reorders, and benefit verifications. The role demands superb communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for helping people overcome health‑care challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients calling about specialty medication orders, ensuring a courteous and compassionate experience.
  • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations by interfacing with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and internal arenaflex teams.
  • Enter new prescriptions and refill requests accurately into the pharmacy information system, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Collect and process copay amounts, providing clear explanations of financial responsibilities to patients.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical or accounts‑receivable issues that could delay order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy, clinical, and finance departments to ensure that every order meets both clinical criteria and financial expectations before shipment.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining up‑to‑date records for audit and quality‑control purposes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, quality‑assurance reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Training & Schedule

  • Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
  • Post‑Training Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST
  • Training includes product knowledge, insurance navigation, pharmacy system usage, compliance standards, and soft‑skill development.

Compensation & Benefits
