Position Overview – Remote Customer Care Specialist I

As a Customer Care Specialist I – Account Services at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company for our residential and business customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, providing knowledgeable assistance, resolving billing or service issues, and recommending products that enhance the customer’s experience. This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following locations: Wichita, KS; Baton Rouge, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; Omaha, NE; or Hampton Roads, VA (including surrounding communities within those states).

Training begins on September 30, 2024, and you will receive comprehensive onboarding that equips you with the product knowledge, communication techniques, and sales acumen needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers promptly and professionally across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Assess each customer’s needs, offering tailored solutions for home and business services, including internet, TV, phone, and smart‑home products.
  • Adjust billing inquiries, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions or returns while adhering to arenaflex policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
