Roles And Responsibilities • This individual will be responsible for inspiring and leading teams (10+ or more) of technically strong engineers working on latest AWS cloud technology • Must be able to work independently, communicate with business users and document requirements & architectures • Understand business requirements, associate them with agile entities (stories/tasks) for planning and execution • Design, develop, execute and deploy the end to end AWS solution which can scale at large Experience: 8-12 years of experience Job Description • Masters/bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a similar discipline • AWS Architect Certification (Associate level required; Professional level is preferred). • Design, Develop & Manage the Accelerated Harman AWS environments & tooling (Development, Testing and Production) • AWS based Cloud infrastructure, Application Design, architecture experience from scratch • Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components... (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs. • Extensive knowledge of Cloud technologies AWS, EC2, ES, EKS, ELK, Grafana, Cloud formation, Load balancer, ASG, VPC, Subnets, Security groups, S3, with focus on AWS, cloud, server, auto-scaling, load balancing, storage gateways and networking (routing) and managed services, Docker, Kubernetes(k8s), DNS, NAT configurations, firewall, port mappings, • Experience in designing cloud-native applications utilizing Lambda, Microservices, API Gateway, CloudFront/Route53/S3 web hosting, CDN, Caching, • Experience in Salesforce commerce API integration • Experience in designing User management, Entity management, AWS Cognito • Experience in designing solution which can scale and performance effective • Solution should be security compliant with Harman IT and address GDPR/CCA • Experience in providing solution for remote debugging, MQTT, AWS IOT • Experience with cloud security architectures - Encryption (Rest & Motion) • Authentication/Authorization (including but not limited to SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, WSO2), Public/Private Subnetting, CloudTrail/CloudWatch, WAF, AWS Shield • Experience migrating applications from on-prem to cloud environments. • Familiarity scripting including AWS CLI • Experience in developing web/serverless applications using advanced programming languages JavaScript Node.js, Angular & experience in CI/CD • Experience would include developing serverless application that are API driven and services (databases - PostgreSQL/MySQL, Lambda/Functions, API Gateway, Message Queuing (SNS/SQS), etc.). • Working knowledge of CICD tools like GIT, Jenkins, Code Commit, Code Deploy, etc. • Ability to advise on, design and implement, different solution architectures for different requirements, including (but not limited to): • Systems Architecture, Engineering and implementation - Identifying and delivering on business and operational requirements. • Data processing - streaming, Kinesis, Batch, Analytics processing, ETL, etc. • Experience in debugging, problem-solving, and improving application performance. • Working experience with industry standard version control systems like JIRA, Confluence • Experience of working in Agile environment and good understanding of Agile processes Soft Skills • Good written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teams across geographies • Must be able to work independently, communicate with business users and document requirements & architectures. • Good analytical and decision-making skills using data & experience. • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects at a time.
