[Remote] Business Operations Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DSPolitical is hiring for a Business Operations Intern to further solidify DSPolitical as the leader in targeted advertising for Democratic and progressive digital campaigns. The Intern provides support to the Business Operations Department, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support asset tracking and management for corporate equipment
• Support coordination with operations, office, and IT vendors, and interact with all departments within the company
• Research applicable compliance regulations; assist in the drafting of company policies
• Assist in preparing and coordinating all logistical and communication aspects of company-sponsored events management, including research, BEOs, timelines, calendars, reports, diagrams, etc
• Research and draft business operations content for intranet and weekly newsletter
• Support office management functions such as vendor coordination, kitchen schedules, and ordering and restocking of supplies
• Perform general administrative duties related to operations support
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Solution-Oriented Focus
• Love of learning and pride in resourcefulness - if you don't know how to do something, you figure it out or you know who to ask
• Excellent interpersonal skill, strong organizational skill, and positive Personality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, persistent follow-through skills
• Excellent Computer skills, including Microsoft and Google Suites
• Some event planning experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
