Responsibilities
- Own Growth Strategy: Develop and execute bold business development strategies that expand our presence in new markets and deepen key client relationships
- Engage at the Top: Build trusted partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor on digital and AI transformation
- Turn Ideas into Solutions: Partner with internal experts to design tailored digital solutions that solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead with Insight: Bring a strong, informed perspective on emerging technologies, AI trends, and competitive dynamics and translate that into opportunity
- Win as a Team: Collaborate across marketing, delivery, and leadership to create compelling, proactive pursuits that stand out and win
- Deliver Results That Matter: Own pipeline creation, drive complex deal cycles, and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets
Skills
- A proven track record of winning and closing high-value B2B deals in the digital solutions space
- 10+ years of business development experience, with a strong professional network and reputation in the market
- A true “builder” mindset you're proactive, strategic, and know how to generate momentum from scratch
- Executive presence and the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire senior stakeholders
- A natural curiosity for emerging technology, especially in AI and data-driven solutions
- Experience leading growth initiatives or sales teams, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
- Strong command of CRM tools and pipeline management, with a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance
- Flexibility to travel (25%+) to build relationships and close deals where they happen
