[Remote] SVP Project Finance

Navitas Resourcing Group is a U.S.-based renewable energy company seeking an SVP, Project Finance to lead and scale its global investment platform. This senior leadership role involves full accountability for investment strategy, deal origination, stakeholder relationships, and team development across renewable energy markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global renewable energy investment platform
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Originate and execute complex transactions from deal close through exit
- Negotiate commercial, financing, and acquisition agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, banks, PE firms, and tax equity providers
- Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and investment committee submission
- Monitor and optimise portfolio performance throughout the asset lifecycle
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and investment team
Skills
- 10–15+ years in renewable energy investment, project finance, IB, or infrastructure
- Proven track record of USD $1B+ international transactions
- Strong investment banking and project finance background
- Prior experience building or scaling an investment platform
- Demonstrated team leadership and talent development
