Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract)-Remote

A Taste of the job- Critical Outcomes from the Job • Start you day with a hearty bowl of granola and get ready to support our customers order and invoicing needs. • Our orders process– Attention to detail on order accuracy, pricing, invoicing discounts, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing and communicating in an accurate and timely manner. • Work with Customer's on inquiries and concerns- This is crucial in building good working relationships • Teamwork & communication – be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude within the department and the company. • Other projects as assigned/required • The description above represents the most significant essential duties of the job but does not exclude others Path for Success- Qualifications and Experience • Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary an asset. • Fluently Bilingual English and French (Nice to have) • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience is an asset. • Technology typing speed of minimum 45 wpm. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset. • Efficient and effective working with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely matter and meet deadlines. • Team-player: Positive Can-Do attitude and willingness to help. • Calm under pressure. • Great communicator who practices active listening and are excellent at both verbal and written communication. • Adaptable: you can work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible to changing priorities. • Passion shares our core values of Leaving the Earth better than we found it Nature's Path cares deeply about diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment, hiring, employment and advancement.
