[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

They are seeking talented and highly motivated CFOs who will work collaboratively with clients to develop strategic growth plans and oversee all aspects of accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, evaluate, direct the client’s fiscal function and performance
• Participate in the development of the client’s organization’s plans
• Evaluate and advise of the impact of decisions, impact of new products, ventures, etc
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to CEO and Board
• Enhance and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company
• Be a developer of solutions to challenges
• Optimize the Treasury functions
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and forecasting models
• Analyze, advise and execute on any contracts
• Evaluation of the finance and accounting structure and plan for continuous improvement
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Manage accounting personnel: A/R Specialist, Bookkeeper, Payroll, etc
• Oversee the Human Resources Department, if needed
• Participate and oversee the raising of capital to fund growth, if needed
• Maintain banking relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7+ years experience
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
