Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer with expertise in Google Dialogflow to join our dynamic team. As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining conversational interfaces that enhance user experiences. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Google Dialogflow to create robust and efficient conversational AI solutions. Responsibilities: • Design and implement conversational flows using Google Dialogflow for various applications and platforms. • Develop, test, and deploy conversational agents that meet project requirements and user expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces into existing systems and applications. • Customize and optimize Dialogflow agents to improve natural language understanding and overall conversational performance. • Implement context-aware conversations and handle complex user queries effectively. • Integrate Google Dialogflow with external systems, APIs, and databases to enhance the functionality and intelligence of conversational agents. • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of conversational interfaces with backend systems. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in conversational AI and implement best practices to enhance the performance of Dialogflow agents. • Monitor and analyze conversational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Conduct thorough testing of conversational agents to identify and address any issues related to natural language understanding, user experience, and system integration. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces using Google Dialogflow. • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Certification in Google Cloud technologies. • Experience with other conversational AI platforms and frameworks.
