[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MasTec, a minority-owned Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of core applications within the company. The role includes administering assigned applications, collaborating with auditors, and ensuring user adoption through site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Primary Administration of assigned core applications
• Work with internal and external auditors as needed
• Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities
• Travel to project site locations as needed to ensure implementation and user adoption success
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other related field or 5-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other the company core applications
• Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS
• Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers
