Digital Product Tester

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with one of the largest American banks for a Digital Product Tester. This assignment is 1 yr long, and fully remote. This resource will be responsible for onboarding new merchants into the Offers experience that customers will interact with to earn statement credits to their accounts. Responsibilities include... • Perform detailed product testing of our coupons experience including downloading the Shopping extension, entering codes into promotional boxes on merchant sites and logging extension responses • Log anomalies associated with product testing of the coupons experience and track to close with product and engineering teams • Participate in stand up ceremonies to understand team priorities and pivot accordingly • Collaborate with sales team to aggregate merchant logos and upload into in-house content management systems and confirm appropriate display in mobile and web application experiences Activate and maintain various merchant experiences across our Shopping channels Required skills: • UX, application or software testing experience Communication skills (written and verbal) • Stakeholder management experience • Strong attention to detail • Self starter and can manage workload independently • Proficient in Google products (drive, sheets, docs) Nice-to-have skills: Proficient in SQL Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
