[Remote] AEC Project manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lingo Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the successful delivery of BIM, VDC, and design production services for clients in the AEC industry. This client-facing leadership role involves managing project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects and programs
- Own day-to-day project delivery, coordination, and client communications
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource alignment
- Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Lead MEP and BIM coordination efforts across disciplines using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, BIM 360, and related platforms
- Facilitate model coordination, clash detection, issue resolution, and workflow management
- Translate client requirements, design intent, and project objectives into clear direction for production teams
- Support project onboarding, setup, and workflow alignment within Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud environments
- Coordinate execution across Architecture, Engineering, MEP, and VDC teams
- Ensure all project deliverables meet client standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations
- Monitor production performance and proactively address delivery challenges
- Identify project risks, coordination issues, and scope changes early, driving resolution before impacts occur
- Support management of project scope, change requests, and evolving client needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards, workflows, processes, and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in AEC project delivery, BIM/VDC management, production management, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and/or MEP)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)
- Experience with VDC workflows, model coordination, clash detection, and BIM execution processes
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, design development, and project delivery workflows
- Proven project management experience, including scheduling, tracking, coordination, and client-facing delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including domestic and international travel
- PMP certification is a plus
- Autodesk Certified Professional, LEED Accreditation, BIM Coordination, or BIM Management certifications are highly desirable
- Experience managing or coordinating with offshore production teams preferred
- Proximity to a major airport strongly preferred
