[Remote] Epic Certified PB/PB Claims Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Epic Certified PB/PB Claims Analyst. The role involves building, configuring, and supporting Epic PB and Claims workflows while analyzing billing workqueues and partnering with various teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Epic Certified Professional Billing (PB) Analyst with required PB Administration certification; PB Claims certification strongly preferred
• Build, configure, and support Epic PB and Claims workflows including charge capture, claim edits, and reimbursement processes
• Analyze billing workqueues, claim rejections/denials, and payer requirements to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational teams to translate business needs into Epic PB solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of PB and Claims functionality
