[Remote] Foreign Assistance Program Manager

The Foreign Assistance Program Manager will lead significant foreign assistance projects, providing strategic advice to government leaders and managing complex acquisition portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale foreign assistance-funded project in support of national security mission
- Provide authoritative advice to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues; define potential issues; and deliver actionable recommendations that inform resource allocation, governance decisions, and technology transformation
- Execute program management activities such as program reviews, operating plans, and investment roadmaps
- Integrate cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and support data‑driven decision‑making across complex acquisition portfolios
- Build and sustain coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinating with senior stakeholders; and communicating complex technical or acquisition issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Skills
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- TEN (10) years of experience in program/project management with the federal government
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in building partnerships across government, industry, and technology providers to enable large-scale government programs
