[Remote] Transaction Office Analyst

They are seeking ambitious early-career professionals to join their Analyst Program, where individuals will gain hands-on experience in asset valuation, financial advisory, and investment while working across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across multiple business units to gain firsthand experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
• Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional deal teams supporting transactions and strategic initiatives
• Participate in structured training covering accounting, asset valuation, and transaction support
• Shadow senior team members and attend pipeline and strategy meetings
• Build subject matter expertise in specific asset classes or business lines
• Receive mentoring and career development support with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the program

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative
• Interest in asset valuation, restructuring, and investment advisory
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
