[Remote] Regional Sales Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to provide ERP software solutions to small and medium sized businesses in the Hardware and Building Materials Vertical. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for new ERP SaaS opportunities, guiding prospective customers from initial discovery through close, using a consultative, value-based selling approach
- Qualify new prospects through outbound prospecting efforts, inbound marketing-sourced leads, and territory nurturing to build a robust, self-generated pipeline
- Proactively address common sales objections while completing 30+ daily outbound touches to consistently build and replenish high-quality pipeline
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineers, and implementation teams to ensure accurate qualification, compelling ROI, and smooth customer onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking within CRM while consistently progressing deals against defined sales stages
Skills
- Previous sales experience (3 years minimum) preferably selling to 'C' level decision makers
- Ability to drive new pipeline opportunities with your own prospecting efforts
- Strong ability to turn leads into opportunities and move through a sales process to effectively close business
- Track record of setting and achieving sales goals
- Experience in developing and managing a geographic sales territory
- Previous experience in software sales (POS sales experience)
- Negotiation skills to work with a prospect from the initial call to close
- Travel is minimal
- Hardware Store or Building Materials industry background is desired
- Undergraduate degree desired
