[Remote] Junior Program Analyst, EDI Production Coordinator

They are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support program performance through data analysis, develop performance metrics, and manage EDI production issues while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making
• Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement
• Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status
• Assist with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials
• Manage EDI production issues, including intake, tracking, analysis, and resolution coordination
• Perform data analysis and root cause investigation of transaction failures and workflow issues
• Coordinate with OIT and stakeholders to resolve defects and maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain issue logs, tickets, and status reporting for EDI leadership

Skills

• 5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management
• Bachelor's degree in BA or BS
• Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach
