You'll be the friendly face that greets our patients, handles inquiries, and ensures smooth operations at our office.
What You'll Do
Welcome patients with a warm smile and handle check-in/check-out procedures with ease. Assist patients with paperwork and electronic forms, ensuring everything is in order for their appointments. Be the go-to person for answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing support. Maintain accurate patient accounts and handle payment processing. Help patients schedule and manage appointments, both in-person and remotely. Guide patients through our online platforms and provide assistance as needed. Keep the office space organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Assist the office lead with various administrative tasks and duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus. Previous customer service experience (2 years preferred); healthcare experience is highly valued. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA regulations is advantageous. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. A genuine interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.
