Salary $80,000 - $120,000 per year A Bit About Us We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Fully Remote Property Tax Manager to join our ever-evolving Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization, working directly with our internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency in our property tax operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal property tax, utilizing OneSource Tax Provision, and leveraging their CPA credentials to maximize our financial performance and strategic position. Job Details Responsibilities ? Oversee and manage all aspects of personal property tax, including compliance, reporting, and planning. ? Utilize OneSource Tax Provision to prepare and review tax provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. ? Collaborate with various internal teams to provide tax advice and strategies that align with the company's financial goals and objectives. ? Research and analyze changes in tax legislation, assessing the potential impact on the company's tax position and making appropriate recommendations. ? Manage relationships with external partners and tax authorities, representing the company in any tax audits or disputes. ? Develop and implement effective tax management strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks while ensuring compliance. ? Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; advanced degree is preferred. ? Must hold a valid CPA license. ? A minimum of 3 years of experience in a property tax management role, preferably within the finance industry. ? Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision is a must. ? Strong knowledge of personal property tax laws and regulations. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies. ? Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. ? Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex tax information to a variety of stakeholders. ? Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a remote work environment. ?
